I am a first time landlord, I also live abroad. So I was very nervous about finding the right agent. I called around half a dozen agents. The only person who really listened to me and cared about a) my property and b) making things easy for me (& reducing upfront costs) was Linda. Jargon free, hassle free and friendly. So far renting my property out through Walker Wyatt has been a dream! I would recommend to everyone in Tooting. The fact they are local and specialise in renting are big plusses too.
Walker Wyatt have been the letting agents for our flat for nearly 10 years and just recently have marketed and sold it for us. I lived in a Walker Wyatt property for the best part of 8 years. I have always found them to be professional and helpful letting agents. They deal with issues as and when they happen without fuss, and are keen to resolve any problems that may occur with a property quickly. I can think of nothing more I’d expect from a letting agent. The staff are friendly and accommodating and I would happily recommend them as excellent letting agents.
